My clutch just went out...

I was out riding and i was on a feeder on 249 and i went to i fun that the clutchhas absolutely no pressure. It just stays flush against the left hand grip. Could it be a hose that disconnected or could it be that the clutch just went out?

it might have broke in the sleeve...follow the black sleeve to the clutch lever. it is on the right side i think engine case. check the cable tension there

and yes, that does look like the clutch cable from here. can you move it freely? as stated above, it sounds like your cable is broken.

nope i pulled it several times and the lever did not move

also is there a specific reason something like that would happen? Thanks for all your help guys
