I believe the winner of the race will be determined by adding the number of shots consumed to the number of laps successfully completed before time runs out, but you'd have to double check that with the officials. This scoring system allows the heavy drinkers to compete with the fast riders and levels out the playing field.

when refueling, there must be one person designated to holding the beer bong, with the valve open.

and the rider must be off the bike and do 20 spins around a baseball bat before getting back onto the bike.
