Re: Anybody have a good Motorycle Lawyer?

oh well, this thread all i asked for is a lawyer if they know one. Im getting all the today reading the manual right now and already took online practice test. its common sense and really easy. insurance today too. No need to flame, its already bad enough that I feel bad because of all the money coming out of my pocket. At least now ill be legit right: so thats 1 more person thats going to be legit now

Re: Anybody have a good Motorycle Lawyer?

save your pennies, get the fix-it tickets taken care of.

you can also take the MSF basic class to dismiss the no M endorsement ticket.

the ins............ :laughing6:, your .......dumbass. i think there's some new yearly charge for peeps guilty of not having ins. i don;t know if atty can get that dismissed, other then the cop not showing up in court

yeah, that liability of $400???/yr is a ................yet you have nice gear......... :eh:

i recommend david sprecher

Re: Anybody have a good Motorycle Lawyer?

ever think about prepaid legal, only 26$ a month, that will take care of just about anything you get!

i think solracer has the contact for an attorney, check with him

Re: Anybody have a good Motorycle Lawyer?

i got nailed on the same thing once i was driving my friends peace of car. if you have tickets before the best thing to do is go pay the ticket dont bother wait for a court date. with all these violations you will end up around $500-700, no insurance by itself is 360+ .
now if thats your first ticket the msf wont dismiss it cause its a non moving violation (msf wont teach u to pay registration or get insurance) but you can get the ticket removed from your record by talking to the judge, he will ask you to show proof of insurance after 6 months, but remember there is a court cost added to the ticket price.

if it was me i would talk to the judge and get it removed from my record. with lawyer fees and stuff it may end up costing more.

Re: Anybody have a good Motorycle Lawyer?

i thought you can dismiss insurance? thats what happened when like 4 of us got caught last year, although i had insurance, but some people didnt and got everything disimiss. but then i think we all had the M license. not sure. registration was dismissed. some got it free, but they charged me $10.

on side note at least get the permit, i cant believe people get this lazy. haha
