If that's true, sounds like that money should just go to Scott and then re-schedule this benefit. Sounds like it would be almost impossible to get it together in such a short time.

If yall want to do something next month before Christmas, I will help out and could likely donate some skills for a raffle or something too.

Its sad to see that the only thing that people have to contribute to this thread is bs, if you have good to contribute dont say anything. Other than the paypal there has been no donations collected and only Chris knows whats in the paypal account.

Rob,
I hope your comment was not directed towards me.
I started the thread in the hope of finding out what was going on with the benefit because no one had mentioned anything to me about it in several weeks, not trying to "stir any b.s.", just trying to help.

O.K. so based on the facts that it's currently not organized, and no raffle tickets have been sold, I suggest we postpone it to a later date, that's to be determined?

+1

It's too short of notice for you or Tim or anybody else to try to make this happen.

Maybe one of you guys can donate a roll of tickets to Jimmy.

Jimmy, it sounds like you want a treasurer for your fundraiser. Maybe Brena can help. You should ask around and work on a reschedule date.

i dont really see too much "b/s" here, some of us have attempted to help out in different ways yet, nothing has really taken shape and then you come on board and start your own b/s.

I see you always commenting about lilmckee this and lilmckee that but, i haven't seen or heard of you doing anything to help.

do i need to go in search of your previous smart remarks regarding "benefits and fundraisers"? IE: Yankee, Alrova??? I think not because now, you remember what was said.

Step up and help your friend man. that's what friends are for.

you'd think with Patrick offering/allowing this benefit to take place on his property that he'd at least be kept in the loop.

+1. Someone needs to take control here, get everything straight and post a date and schedule of events.

This can not and will not happen in 1 week, this sort of thing takes time, and time is not on his side right now in regards to a benefit taking place this weekend.

If it's to be held at Motorcycles Unlimited, that's fine, I'd just like to know for sure, as well as what's needed for from me for the event.
I'm also curious as to the amount of raffle tickets that have been sold.
You didn't get the TPS report the other day?

Hey guys I will be honored to help in any way I can, unfortunately this saturday is bad for me because of a suprise birthday party for my sister who is in very poor health, Just was told about it last nite, I either have raffle tickets or will buy some to donate, and of course will donate some services or items for the raffle and will do anything I can, is a short notice for me to take control of it, I think having a get togather would be nice and also maybe a M&G at LH with a donation jar in his honor also might help, any suggestions would be appreciated? thanks to Patrick for the offer of his place
