GP tires have a completely different profile compared to what we can get our hands on.

Nicky has been using a 16" rear wheel vs 16.5" for most of the others. No idea what size though, but definitely a different profile because of the difference in wheel size.

I dont think its missing anything.. Its the size wheels they use are smaller than you're used to seeing, so it seems like there's tons of space up front.

I'm telling you.
They are both ugly.

I don't think that's it. They seriously reshaped that front fairing and it looks late 80's Hurricane-ish.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and blindly believe they traded looks for performance. Or maybe they fired their designer lol

Hayden was lapping slightly faster than his fastest race pace first time out.. That has to be a good sign... right?

Really? They just began testing too. You know how HRC does it. They freak out if they are down for long. I think next year is going to be very interesting.

side note....... I pray they give Rossi something to work with. He helped them build a bike to win on before.

I'd like to see his teammate Jorge Lorenzo do well also. I think between hayden, Hopkins, Rossi, and Lorenzo I'm going for wayyyy too many GP riders now.

The RC-212 looks a good bit like the new 1kRR though as far as the front end and side fairings. . . ugly vertical line and all.

Dang that's nice! That guy is really tucked in on the first pic. Looks like he's looking at the fuel tank instead.

You know how Honda is, function over form. I don't think they care too much about how it looks.

and this could'nt be more evident in their release of the new 1000rr.
although I must say it does look a little better in person than the pics.
