Where do you think the money for every single government program is coming from?
You and me and every body else.
It makes me cringe everytime I hear somebody in the DC approving capital for a new project or undertaking. I know everytime I hear it that I won't be getting a tax cut that year.

Apparently you don't understand that the very road you drive on was paid for us as well, and public parks that you take your kids to or the public school they attend... NOO WAIT. My "ignorant" doesn't see it only goes to someones welfare check. MY BAD!

I feel you on that, but that has nothing to do with these so called "reperations". I don't like hearing about new projects within the city, trying to build recreational centers to "keep kids off drugs", "it will help the crime rate decrease". Or just like another post on here where cops set up vehicles to be stolen!!

what a daring thread...

I agree with majority of the answers that were given!!

Call me what you want, but one thing I have noticed is that the black community is always looking to make a big deal about something. A cop shoots a black guy and here comes MalcomX wanna be making a big deal about how he was shot for being black and yadda yadda yadda, yet a white guy gets shot by a cop and you dont hear anything about it maybe I should start going to the press about how so and so got shot for being white.

Dumbasses if you ask me. It has nothing to do with race. As I have said before there ARE still racists towns ALL over, but in big cities like this one it's hard to be racists when you have so many different ethnic groups.

Crystalline for drama insinuator of the year...

Crystal, you start a thread about some political b/s and then you "seem" to get upset when someone express' their opinion. Why is that?

And so here, you are trying to take it to a racial level, why is that?

From my understanding the discussion was about reparations, not welfare. Welfare is a whole different discussion.

I really hope this isn't what you -Hornet were alluding to in your post because I took it as you referring to the general use and subscription to welfare by anyone who uses it...

Also its one thing to make note of how I might be wrong, and there is a nice way to put it. I reply to the tone of context.
