No, I've seen programs before that win auctions for you.

Re: DAMNIT!!!!

, there's alot out there. you'd think ebay would try to find a way to prevent them from sniping. well, I guess not cuz they'd make money either way. cool to know tho, so now I can screw someone over like I've been screwed, jk

Re: DAMNIT!!!!

http://www.auctionsniper.com/

I work at OrbitDrop, its an Ebay consignment shop so its all I do all day every day. Sniping is for those who dont know about it but its a valuable tool for anyone who knows about it. Its not illegal and it just might be the Ebay buyers killer app. I wish you woulda posted before that happened I woulda had that engine for you cheaper than that guy even got it for. If you put 2 or 3 snipes on a auction you can shut out any bidders for almost the whole last minute. Better luck next time, there are bound to be other engines on there soon.

AHhhhh Egay right:

Re: DAMNIT!!!!

I don't use any programs but I snipe manually... Im a sharpshooter .

I think ive only lost about 3 times in all the bids ive ever won. Plus Ebay bids for you automatically anyway.. You just set your max bid and it will automatically do it for you.. so I don't see y you would use the other programs.. :dontknow:

Re: DAMNIT!!!!

When you enter your max bid like your talking about its true that ebay does bid one increment higher than the bid of the opponent, however that allows anyone who knows what they are doing and wants the item enough to drive up the price. The edge that the sniper progs. give you is the bids are placed within the last 10-1 sec of the auction and they place so quickly in succession they literally block other people from bidding on the auction. Kind of "Hack their Gibson" for a moment and cause a lil bit o' denial of service to that particular auction. *pushes up glasses* so you see that is why you may want to consider a sniper prog.

. . . . What just happened . . . I blacked out. . . .
