Paying off your tickets

So, I've got something in the works right now, and would like some opinions...

If you had tickets (traffic, parking, etc.) in multiple counties, and you, like most everyone else in the world, don't have the time to take care of them without missing work, would you pay a service to take care of them for you?

The service would help get any/all necessary paperwork/funds together and pay your ticket(s) so you don't have to. It would be a set fee (to be determined) per ticket, plus whatever the fine/ticket is. THIS WOULD NOT BE AN ATTORNEY OR EVEN GIVE LEGAL ADVICE. It would only pay the tickets/fines for you.

will your attorney take care of all your tickets in multiple counties as well? (example: Sprecher only does Harris county)

How are you getting warrants if you're paying the fine? Now, if you already have the warrant, that's a different issue. But what if someone pays it on your behalf? Think you'd get arrested then?

nope, not a dime. This is part of the research. It was pitched to me last night, so I'm "looking in to it" as of now.

Nope, taking care of it myself makes sure it gets done and right. Other than that, my next option would be a lawyer, and yes, when you know lawyers they will take care of them for you in other counties.

I know for a fact that he does the Clay Rd. courthouse as well. His office told me only Harris county.

I'd have to find out the specifics on the entering a plea. Keep in mind, this is merely an idea.

This is as far as it's gone, so please keep coming with the suggestions, comments, playing devil's advocate, etc. I'm curious to know if that would actually be something profitable. It's not my idea, but if it were worth a I'd help get it going.

So thanks, and keep 'em comin'...

He just got some more of my buisiness last week, but that one will be @ the courthouse off Lubbock!
