things to do in dallas?

this isnt motorcycle related.

anyhow me and a girl whom i am dating are going to dallas next weekend saturday - monday. ive never been and neither has she so i was hoping to get some input on cool things to do. we will be staying at the magnolia hotel downtown. saturday night we want to go out to dinner and then a bar or club. sunday and monday we have no idea what to do... if you have any suggestions as far as restaurants, clubs, fun activities, etc etc please post them up

My favorite thing to do in Dallas is counting the abandoned cars on the side of the freeways.

Other than that, I got nothing for ya.. sorry.

its all about deep ellum (check out trees, gypsy tea room, all that stuff pretty much on one street), lots of live music every night and good atmosphere, my girl's favorite up there is a place called Cuba Libre...north dallas is good times, up near plano, addison and frisco, that area is alot cleaner/upscale also...good bars in that area: Dukes, Ghost Bar, Zen, O bar
