yeah....but the city of houston has got to be one of the worst.....even when i got a ticket in california/nevada/louisiana....i didn't have to go through all the BS waiting and getting other numbers to call....

they gave me 1 number.....and i didn't have to call nobody else. i've been on the phone for over an hour, calling about 3 different numbers just to clear up this license BS.

dude IDK if any of you have been to court in N. Dallas...

ive been to court (traffic tickets, MIP, etc) in Brazoria County, Angleton PD and in Houston...same experience as you...reps, long lines, lots of time and b.s.

I got a speeding ticket in Plano, TX. Went to take care of it, they had like 12 lines, and it took less than 5 minutes...they should be an example of how to do right

I called...they said I didnt pay the court costs on those previous warrants.

I said...huh, you only told me to bring $200 to clear the warrants. You didnt mention jack sheet about court costs.
, that's rough......one of the guy who works here at my shop was just saying this same ol' story.

I had some I had to clear up to get my license before my wedding. Called the 800 number to make sure I had them all lined out and had one out for me in Dallas. I have never been pulled over in Dallas, much less get a ticket. Come to find out, a cop wrote down the wrong license number, the name and the address didn't match but why question it right? I had to fax them copies of my license, SS card, and proof of address etc. etc. to prove it wasn't me. Wouldn't you think since the texas DPS has my license number and the name it belongs to they would be able to prove that the number wasn't the same?
