I was down there today (for work) and I walked the strand some during lunch. Lots of harleys, and lots of booths including the parking lots by Willie G's.

My plan as of now is to meet up at BayBrook mall and leave to Galveston at 1:30 to beat some traffic:

BWW Buffalow Wild Wings. Bay Area Blvd. @ Texas Ave. About 2 red lights east of 45. We will be arriving around 5 today.

Traffic is not bad at all!! After league city it is pretty mush open road, once you hit the causeway it is 50mph and there is a state trooper watching that speed trap so watch out!!
