i handed out candy (dressed in my Tigger costume) to all the rifraf children that goto the church carnival and then get bussed into my neighborhood for freebies. I also drank a lot of beer.

i gave all the candy to the kids who's parents drove in their truck down my street. Next year I am putting up cones and requiring people to walk and quit being so lazy.
