no need to start any hostility boys, lets keep this under control, no need to excite the banditos, just go about your business and wear whatever you want. One week pass is a courtesy to the bars and businesses on the island that they frequent.

I would never confront a gang member, nor a bandito...only asking for trouble....I'm just saying, it's just like a gang...yet nobody cares.

thats what I thought, but those guys take their job seriously, not worth the confrontation, but it seemed funny to me also when I heard. Some of my lawer buddies rode on the island a while back with their lawfirm rider insignia's on their jackets, they got ruffed up by some locals for not being "approved", and it seems the bandito group as a whole is not bad and brings quite a bit of revenew to the island.

I dont make up the rules I just follow them......I agree with Metzzen1.......We are all riders for the same passion......when it comes to colors I just follow the rules........so when it comes to someone saying screw them or they aint sh*t......thats a different issue.

Who's rules? The Bandito's? Come on....it's like just letting the bully push you around the playground because he has 5 other friends standing there with him... Childish BS, matters not to me. I don't go to Galveston (unless it's for work) and I won't be there this weekend so I'll just carry on....

One last note....my "adopted" father rides a cruiser...went for a cruise with his wife of 30 years a few years back and was stopped by a group of Galveston area Bandito's because he was wearing his colors. FWIW-his colors were the CMA....for those that don't know, that stands for Christian Motorcycle Assoc. Total if you ask me.

And yes, he took his vest off...but nonetheless, still garbage.

Revenue is great. Moronic rules not. I wonder what they say to Ruff Riderz riding 10 or 20 deep on a regular weekend.

Can we organize a color flying ride one weekend, and bring all the riding LEOs with us for fun? Just kidding, I could care less.

I don't even know what it means to where colors or not to where colors. How do I know what color to wear? I'm not wearing pink!

HAHAHA! Colors is just another word for representing your motorcycle club.....its a patch that you and your club come up with to represent who you are. Regular riding jackets(alpine stars, fox, etc.) dont count.

they should respect all others and not only those that respect them.....colors or not.

Wearing colors only represents who you associate and hang with....IT DOESN'T give you the right to run others off and make physical threats because of their clothing.:/:
