It reverses the shift pattern. instead of 1 down five up it become 1 up five down. Makes it easier to up through the corners... I hope so does my boot.

Glad I read up on this thread, gotta remember to put the blue loctite on. Blue loctite is your friend guys I've lost too many bolts
