Ok Guys, I made a few calls here at State Farm and here is the info I've obtained about Carlton's Office:
  • Carlton Kon has resigned from State Farm, and at this time there is NO AGENT replacing his office
  • All individuals currently insured with State Farm thru his office will see NO changes to there policies/coverages other than the name/number for contact in regards to service or changes which will be a general contact line
  • To be reassigned to a personal agent you SHOULD call our Agent Selection Line at 877-277-8908 to transfer your policies to ANY agent in Houston to continue the same personalized, local service

If you have any other questions give me a call and I can dig up the info for you or check the status of your current policy!

And this WILL NOT change, you will still receive ALL CORRESPONDENCE in regards to your policies from State Farm. The only changes made to that information is that you will have a new general contact number for your policies service as opposed to just 1 office with the same people
