im getting to that point. but they are the cheapest so far for me.. i need a reliable Insurance Agent. Last time i call Carlton Kon's Firm. his sectary didn't want to do cause it was 20 mins to closing time so that was very unprofessional to me. called up pete and he took care of it.

Hey guys if u need a new State Farm rep, remember that I sell for State Farm as well.

I've been with the company, or better yet my aunt whose the agent, for 10 years now, and prior to her the agency was run by my grandfather who originally started the agency in 1969, so I know the business IN and OUT, and we as an office have been around for 38 years and DEFINATELY won't be going anywhere soon. I'm fully licensed staff, so I AM ABLE to handle not only ur sales concerns but ur customer service and billing problems too!

If needed you may transfer your policies to Mary Rousseve Agency, or give me a call at 713-796-2215 to discuss!

Carlton Kon called my wife since she does mortgages and she sends him business and he said that he was moving over to Farmers Insurance. This was on Friday I believe. I can have my wife get in touch with him but I am sure someone else will assume his customers at State Farm. I have been getting my cards and such.

There is definately a new agent stepping in to assume the office. I haven't heard who though. I'm sure if u decide to stay with the office they will also be able to meet your needs.

State Farm should automatically assign you to a new agent.

As far as I know, just because your agent resigns, does not mean the actual insurance company drops you. They will assign another agent for you, and you can choose to stay or go.

well the only reason i realized this was because i was trying to get another car and i need a insurance quote. well a few months back i had a few things changed on my policy and they guy told me that i will be getting a statement in the mail. well i got it, then after that i never got one again. so im not sure if my insurance is still valid or not. just trying to find out if i have a outstanding balance on my account or not.
