MY GIXXER PROBLEM!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

for the past 2 days the FI light on my bike has been turning on, and then when i give it throttle, it feels like its getting no gas, and just air... pretty much any rpm after 4k rpm it just starts to sputter....i turned off the bike completely then when it turns on, its fine...unless i give it a lot of gas, then it gets the FI light again..and then today instead of just staying on, the FI light started blinking and doing the same thing....even when the FI light is off, it feels like the bike is running less than normal....should i get a injector cleaner....change fluids.any thoughts,???

my bike has 6300 miles and i bought it with about 4000 miles on it...and the only thing i've done is an oil change at 5k miles......is there any scheduled maintanence that i need to take care of????

Re: MY GIXXER PROBLEM!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

No real scheduled tune up at 5000 miles, check your airfilter. Don't run any injector cleaner through it.
If you can wait till tomorrow I'll pull the code and you can go from there.
