If you are referring to Clyde (BrutusTX), yes, he's alright....just a little soar.

I think the other guy turned out to be alright too as he was in the same ER when we stopped by to see Clyde....just a concussion, but other that that they said he was alright

Oh, and I snuck in on the street riders group for one last session

Thankfully, everyone made it home fine, just with broken bikes. There was one rider who possibly has a fracture that crashed in t-11, other than that, everyone else ended up being fine with minor injuries.

We were really concerned about Clyde-o and the other guy who went off after him, but they are both home and healthy now.

Just a reminder, over-cooking turn 1 or 2 at TWS (Texas World Speedway) has consequences if not handled properly. The WORST thing you can do there is panic, stand up the bike and run straight off that turn. Better to try to make the corner (which is freakishly big) and risk a low-side than try to ride straight off to the ditch!

That's pretty much what Clyde said, came in hotter than normal, running a little wide of his "normal" line and then for a split second he thought about that ditch and then opted for a lowside and a "softer landing" than the ditch....he did admit he probably could have made the turn if he wouldn't have panicked (for a lack of better words). No time for panicking when on the track, look where you wanna go and make the best of it I suppose.:/:

It would be a tough choice to lowside such a beautiful R1

But, the alternative...

I had a near collision with a dude that crashed right in front of me on the horseshoe. I had to stand er up to miss him then went off track I almost made it to the fence trying to stop with the back brake. Some other dude target fixed on me and went off too I found later. That is freaky someone crashing RIGHT in front of you.
