tyre burst help

yesterday night, the bike had been parked for 3-4 hours, and i started speeding as soon as I got on the bike. i was doing some "pretty crazy" speeds. luckily for me, i reached my exit, slowed down and realized that my rear tire had gone flat!
firstly, what do u guyz think got the tyre..doing it fast before the tyre heated up? (i have pilot powers)

secondly and more importantly, what do i do now to get it fixed. i dont have much clue as I am new around here. I live in NW, around 249/1960 btw... as always, I appreciate your help right:

Re: tyre burst help

you must of had a leak when the tire was sitting.

seems like your up north so head to cycle gear at 45N with the wheel off and get a new pilot power.

if you dont have the tools/stand try patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited since his shop is in that area. having him do it will be more expensive since the labor for a wheel on a bike isnt cheap, anywhere.

Re: tyre burst help

You probably had a slow leak and it finally lost all the air or it was previously repaired and the repair failed. M&B on the bike is $37.50 on the bike. BTW our pricing on the Powers is better than Cycle Gears
