something for you to think about....

the law requires you to have insurance to operate a motor vehicle on the public roadways correct?

yes (in most cases)....but do you see anywhere in the law that says the insurance has to pay up if something happens?

yes you can take them to court if they don't pay, and you were legitimately (sp?) covered, you may or may not win......

but where does it state WHEN the insurance has to pay you?

it's like buying something on ebay and not getting the product....what can you do? bad feedback?

i was just thinking about that.....if someone can find proof to prove me wrong, i'd like to see it please. i'm just making educated assumptions, and not claiming facts.
