Electronic cruise control for an R1

as many trips as i take on my R1 im seriously interested in installing an electronic cruise control. i just dont even know where to start looking. ive seen an electronic cruise on a Busa so i know it can be done. anyone got any advice?

the electronic one on tango's busa came from a toyota corolla, it seems if you look at your throtte assembly and maybe take a few pictures, then go to a junkyard or a parts store where someone really knows cars, they may be able to help you find a cruise control that would work for your bike. you'd need to make the electric switch to turn it off be triggered by the brake light circuit

don't know about the r1, but on a busa website tango threaded a kit he puts together either they install or you can. May give him a buzz...
