it was COLD! I got as far as down the block before I turned around to go and get my jacket liner. And even then it was still cold. Time to go and get some cold weather gloves.

Was definitely brisk, but it felt good. I wore slacks /w Joe Rocket overpants, short sleeve shirt w/ Alpine Star leather jacket (no liner). Also ditched the bikini fairing for a round headlight setup over the weekend, so no wind protection at the moment. Of course, I'm only 15 min from work and no freeway riding. A long trip at decent speed would have called for a few more layers this morning

Felt good to me. Just a mesh jacket with a wind liner and quilted liner.

..did the 'pumpkinhead' thing to the gas station... that sucked.

Ride to work was great... granted I've got under-armor, T-shirt jacket & liner and some good cold-weather gloves.

How are riding overpants? Call me ghetto, but I threw on my snowboarding pants over my slacks this morning. They are weather proof and warm! lol

Getto is fine - whatever works

My overpants are J.R. Atomics which were discontinued, so picked them up pretty cheap online a few months back. They worked pretty well for a little more warmth on my legs, plus they have padded hips, knees, and shins for more over-all protection. Zippered pockets are another plus.

snowboard pants huh? I might give that a shot since the pants are just sitting in my closet. Normally in cold weather I wear long underwear under jeans, JR meteor w/liner, glove liners, and balaclava to keep my neck warm.

I'll be riding to work the rest of the week!
