bike accident in Galveston??

I work in Galveston and I have been sitting on the causeway for about 35 minutes without moving.... Someone told me that it was a fatal bike accident anyone know anything?

definatly a bike accident, the bike was strapped to a flatbed and the front looked pretty destroyed, I couldn't tell a make or model but it was black.... Hope the rider is going to be ok...
