Wheel spacers on 929rr fit wrong!

I know which side they go and how they are supposed to fit but the left spacer seems to large to fit in the wheel bearing seal without streching it to an uncomfortable place. What gives? Is the seal to small? The spacer incorrect? All parts are new from Honda so any 900rr 929rr owners care to comment?
