I only use: DVD Decrypter v3.5.4.0 to transfer the DVD to my computer and then CloneDVD to burn the DVD.

A good working knowledge of a couple of programs is usually needed when dealing with DVDs. Sometimes one will not work but the other will... and they are probaly in the list above this post. All I have to say about that. Oh, and copying DVDs is illegal but offsite storage of backups is all good. right:
