Why are my forks "bouncy"

2000 gsxr 6
stock forks, recently (1+ year) rebuilt by Motorcycles Unlimited, less then 2k miles since

all the sudden lately they feel "bouncy" like my fork oil is gone or non existant, like i have no dampening in my forks. When i go 70 or so it feels like the front end is basically skipping along the road instead of being planted.
I havent changed anything on the forks, havent messed with settings, have hit (run into) anything, front wheel never leaves the ground. Ive checked the forks and no oil on fork tubes. fork seals ~look~ fine, no cracks or anything obvious.

What should i check first?

one thing i haven't checked and really cant on my own is the front wheel balance. If one of the weights came off could it do what I'm describing? I know when car tires are out of balance they do something pretty similar.

Should i get the front wheel re-balanced and go from there?

thanks in advance

What's your tire pressure at?
Could be out of balance, could be someone played around with your rebound settings.
I know it sounds weird but I've had it happen.

If you get time, come by the shop and I'll give it a quick once over for you.

tire pressure it at 32psi cold, checked ever couple days now that i got a good air guage

Im off tomoro so i may swing up there but it depends on if the gf has plans already or not

Maybe ill just have you guys re set the suspension for me.

p.s. do you have wind screen bolt kits for less than $14? cyclequeer charges WAY to much for 6 bolts and i refuse to pay that much. i have tons of bolts, really i just need some well nuts or whatever they are called

maybe this is just a sign to respring/valve them already.....i wish i wasnt poor haha

Set the tire at 36.
I've got the bolt kits, they're cheaper and come with 8 bolts and well nuts.
