You really shouldn't speak that onto ppl. (One of the lessons I learned at church this past Saturday )I don't know if that's how you meant to say it or not, but that's how I perceived it to be.
^* *u didnt make any sence !!!!!
Let me break it down for you...... CarbonR1 said "everyone seems to be perfect b/c it hasnt happened to them YET..."

now, when I say speak onto ppl, it's a complex way of saying "jinxing".
so what the others said is tolerated but what carbon said is wrong....?
Did I ever say what the others said was wrong? *No. *Everyone has their own opinion about things. *Should they feel bad about the kid dying. *Maybe so, but if they don't want to, so be it. *IMO, the haha's that linjy, at first I thought it was laughter, but when I re-read it, I noticed haha were after almost each sentence, so I figured it's just the way he typed. *As far as st3ph3n, well, I'd be calling myself a dumbass if my child did something irresponsible, so irresponsible that he/she lost their life. *What a child does is ultimately reflected on how the parent raised them, no matter what anyone else says. *If he was calling the deceased kid a dumbass, well, that's iffy. *I know I never did something like that when I was a kid cuz I knew my dad would kill me if I did. *Anyhow, I do feel sorry for the parent, cuz I don't know what I'd do if I outlived my daughter (which is not going to happen). *So if you thought I was taking sides, I wasn't and am not.

We cant blame a kid for his lack of judgment.
and you prolly wouldnt blame your dad if you found a way right?

You can ALWAY blame the parents, and at 14, thats about the time of accountabillity in some people.

Re: On the news today...

when i was in high school a kid walked to class with a hand grenade and a gun and he was trying to remove the grenade pin to prove that he can do it... at the time i lacked the judgment to run out of the class or report him, when ur a kid u don't have the judgment of an adult.

but u have to understand that kids will find every possible way... this kid probably stole the key or even made a key for the bike... its just like drugs u can say or do whatever u want but if ur kids want to do drugs there is nothing u can do unless ur house arresting them and watching them 24/7.

Re: On the news today...

not trying to jinx anyone,, im just trying to say that basically, (speaking in gereal when i say this) " everyone is a dumbass but me" you know what i mean?

until it happens to you, you feel like you're untouchable.. if you dont get that, i dont know of anyother way of saying it.

Re: On the news today...

Probably another case of a break down of interaction in the family but, I really don't want to judgebecause it is probably a difficult situation for everybody involved.

Re: On the news today...

So sad. I could go either way. Itís dumb but nobody NEEDED to die. Someone needed to learn a lesson, itís a shame that the lesson was taught that way. I wish he could have made it home for the severe -whooping Iím sure would have ensued, and maybe a talk about learning the right way with his dad in the neighborhood. I never stole anything but like someone said I was just too scared of the other consequences, lol wasnít even thinking about death. Iím sure there is a separation between what people type here in anonymity and what they really feel or think. Itís easy to misrepresent yourself on a forum for whatever reason. I think this forum has a really cool give and take on most threads. I do notice some people make a lot of "shock" posts just to post or start something they can fill up their day refreshing a page for. [F5] [F5] Well lets all just hope this doesnít happen again so we wont have to bring emotion in so close.

$.02
