Unless they come ask you to get off of it, I wouldn't think anything would happen. Try it and let me know how it works, we have lots of lakes in my neighborhood. Get ahold of the home owners manual and make sure they don't address it in there.

Think about what surrounds the lake. If there are large areas of grass and maybe flower beds and trees nearby, what kind of fertilizer/insecticides/herbicides do they use? Sometimes they could use stuff that is not intended for human exposure since they assume the lake is for lookin' not for floatin'.

if you're a part of the HOA (home owners association) that maintains the lake.....they will fine you or the owner of the home you live in.

DO IT!

We need some 'upscale ghetto' pics of lakeside living. Rednecks with water filled tarps in the back of their trucks just doesn't cut it anymore.

What's with everyone thinking that they have a lake in their subdivision? They are not lake, it is a pond.

A lake is like lake Conroe, Livingston, Huntsville, Clear lake etc....

That oversized dirty swimming pool is a pond. If there is no sign for no fishing or swimming, anything is legal.
