I've heard that there are quite a few bikes like this inside the loop that are in a club called Todo Moto.

My buddy knows the owner of this bike and he says that the guy is pretty cool, and that he built this bike in his garage.

He also tells me that he's hung around some of the other members and that they're pretty aloof and that they look down on riders of regular style motorcycles - but tha's just what I heards.
