06 gsxr 600

k6 600 swap to 750??

ok here is the deal i just blew the motor on my 600. Does anyone know of a place i can bring it to for a 750 swap around here or do u know how i could get it done ? do u know if there are any crazy mods i need to do ? The frames look to be the same but i wanted to find out a little more info before i get to crazy into let me know anything u know please thank you?

i believe the 600 and 750 share the exact same chassis....seems like motor and puters would be what you need to get it done.

Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited would be able to do the swap for you. Give him a call tomorrow 281-444-0545.

^^^ They are far more knowledgeable about that stuff then most;

remember exhaust, chain etc... I'd recommend downloading a manual and start reading the differences written in the columns under repairs... Usually will say 'on 750 models...' just to get an idea of what all might be involved...

you need the motor and wiring harness, throttle bodies, air box, cdi box, that should pretty much be what you need unless suzuki pulled some out of their butts and used different switches
