Personal stories of Matt......

I wanted to share how I met Matt, and figured alot of people would like to do it also.

I was going to the MH BBQ and was REALLY nervous about meeting everyone.
I pulled to the shell on Hwy 6 & 290 and he was there with 2 other guys. I pumped gas and rode over to the group, and he was the FIRST person to stick out his hand and introduce himself to me. After we were at the BBQ, the " all riders" ride came up. It was my first time to be on a track AND it was raining a little bit. He is the ONLY reason I got on that track. He told me
" might as well...might not ever have another chance" SO I RODE and had the BEST time I have ever had on my bike to this day. Gonna miss you Matt...thanks for everything.

At the Hooters M&G he kept tryin' to get me to talk to the girls because he thought I was shy and stuff. I told this in the other thread already though. :P

Here's the post that I posted in the RIP thread. We 1st met at a MH M&G at sams boat and had a blast of a time.

http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...7&postcount=94

Matt was always soooo funny, he beat me by a mile with his "1 liners" and would go toe2toe with me on 'em.

I rode with him several times, and he was ALWAYS WILLING 2 ride at HIS OWN PACE, mattered on how fast the others were going, and I RESPECTED HIM FOR THAT.

I met Matt at BCW in pearland. I remember he just kept hugging everyone and making people laugh. Even if you had never met him before you felt like you knew him. He was an incredible guy and any time he asked for something it was his. I will miss you Matty you were the best. Thanks for the laughs, the conversations and for giving me the honor and pleasure to know you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've known Matt for YEARS. Many good times. Tomorrow I'll break out the stories of Hooters and the many nights out street racing. Tonight it's all too much, and I just need to chill.

I never met Matt, but Ive gotta say that he was one of those guys you felt you knew just from scrolling through the M&G pictures. He would be in every other picture it seems, smiling and laughing and making everyone around him do that same. I had always assumed, just like SO many of you have confirmed, that he would be your friend like he had known you all of his life just after meeting you.

Sad that I never got the chance to share in. RIP and Godspeed.

i remember when i first joined the board, about 2 years ago? i remember reading about PP1, and going there for the 1st time. Matt was the first guy i ran into, the first person from MH i met in real life. i didnt really know him, but he was cool for sure.

I met Matt when he first joined MH at the UFC parties Flying Scot would have at BW3's in Midtown. We instantly clicked and began going out to local bars and night scenes. Everytime I visited the northwest MH peeps for meets or just for a small gathering, he was always there. When he invited me anywhere, I was there because being around him made life more enjoyable.
