Hey everyone. I am new to this forum but I post regularly on LS1tech.com under "6THZ28". None of that really matters.

I am only here to say that I have been Matt's friend since 9th grade and I miss him with all my heart. As you all know, he is truly one of the most genuine, authentic, joyful human beings to ever walk this earth. With Matt it was always a "what you see is what you get" type deal.

I have stopped crying and composed myself enough to post this message for my true friend. We used to do everything together in high school. He was there at the hospital with me when my son was born, I used to take him racing back in the day, I used to spend the night at his house in high school. We used to call him "Ski" and "Sal" and his self-proclaimed favorite was "Italian Stallion". He was like Superman to me as he was always there when I needed him, he always had my back, and he never let me down.

I miss him with every ounce of my heart and words just don't mean a thing. I love Matt with all my heart and I'm overjoyed at the respect you all have given him.

Thank you all for the love and support you have shown his family during this time.

Bless you Matt, I know you posted on here regularly, and this one's for you.. I love you man!!

RIP Matt - 10/13/07

I just took a bit of time to read each and every post about Matt. I did not know him , but after reading these posts I regret not ever having the pleasure to.
R.I.P. brother.

P.S. There was 333 posts and I would have kept reading no matter how many there were.He must have been one amazing person.

even if you didn't know him, he was one of those guys that you felt like you knew, even just posting on here.

it really chokes me up to think how freakin' hillarious he was...and now...I won't see any of his posts anymore.

Just got back in town to find this out, still in shock.

I just saw Matt before I left town at Jimmys BBQ. Matt you were always the life of the party and you have given us all so many good memories to remember you by. I will miss you, rest in peace.

What a big heart 2, he was ALWAYS pleasant to be around especially when u were in need...

I remember that night Big Rick went down, Matt pulled up cracking jokes and laughing and as hurt as Big Rick was, he basically didn't have a choice but to laugh with Matt!!!

Matt brought happiness to any situation!!!
