Nice offer, thank you. I may see. Gonna ride to work and see what the damage really is without the mud, etc. I know the rear cowl is a good ways gone, which sux with the paint;

Gonna weigh options, maybe ride the katana if the local servants give me too much for riding with no exhaust; don't wanna destroy the busa so think it became a cruiser for a while....

on private property apparently cops can only get involved with a disturbance or hit and run... Even cop(who shall remain nameless) recommended the same thing. I kept away completely cause I am calm natured these days, but my friends also know I use to do full contact a few years back and I had mentioned the itch lately... Plus, its not right, but nor is leaving a scene in ur pos truck(like an 80s two tone beater)

Was it red? If so this was the same pos that hit my impala 8 months ago and gave me some bogus address and when I called the cops he jumped in his truck and burnt out.

Just looked on ebay for some mufflers(slip ons... I don't race or really need anything more.... they have a stock set for 35 bucks but I'm watching some other sets)

Sux that I just removed the packing in those cans, also sux cause it was the cans that seemed to get the grunt; the eurotail is undamaged so not sure if it was the bumper or the cans that made the big cracks around the back cowl.

Ironically, I'm tearing apart trailerdgixr6's bike today at work from his accident when he hit a trailer... Well, once he wakes up, kept him up till 5 this morning

Not even funny... You got his address and plates. STALK HIM. Make him pay you with his beer money. J/K. Don't bring yourself down to his level. I do suggest talking to an attorney. Just because the police can't press charges, doesn't mean you can't SUE him. You have witnesses.

What I would have done was slash his tires. You might have got in trouble for it(less trouble then beating his A$$ but hey at least you would've kept the guy from driving off.

The cops would have had to pull me off his corpse. Set his house on fire, or whatevers' funnier.
