its easy and will probaly take you half a day to get resolved. its just driving back and forth so finding a courthouse, inspection place, and insurance company close together is the hardest part.

take the bike to an inspection station(same as car) ask for a "green slip" when they inspect it.(take insurance card)

Take the green slip, form 130u(signed by seller), and your title(signed by seller), insurance car(any with your name will do) to the local tax office/registration office, pay them and they give you a plate and sticker.

you left out the vtr-61 rebuilt affidavit. fill it out and notarize it. bring the rest of the paperwork josh stated and some cash. the "Standard Presumptive Value" does not apply to salvage certificates.

remember to have james bring the paperwork with him to my shop....i'll show you everything you need to do and get to finish the title work....

and greg (MEKREW)....pm me when you decide to do your title, i'll help you make it quick and painless as well.

i've done a few salvage bikes/cars....so i know the process and stuff you will need.
