On the epoxy I recomend using 2 kinds. one is a fast action and dries in like 45 sec. use this quickly and plan out how you are goning to do all of them in one shot cause you don't want to be going through alot of mixing needles. and the otherone can go on if you have some time on your hands. its the 3m pannel bonding. it takes 24 hours to dry but when it does its permanent. you won't have to worry about your screens coming out. whatever you do, make sure the surface is clean (oil and dirt free, so clean it with ajax soap on the insides.) and make sure it is well scuffed with a scotchbrite pad. or even 240 grit sand paper would work. the ruffer it is the more it has to hold on to.

this should only take a few minutes to set up and do, i can cut out the mesh, bend it and epoxy it in 20 min. on a body kit(front sides and rear) I also worked at a body shop for 5 years.

ON TOPIC....

Where do you find your mesh?
I saw some aluminium at NorthernTool; before I actually cut out mesh from the bmw air filters we threw out(nice circle-drilled metal) for the Kat. I don't want to chicken wire on the busa, but I want something with more open grilles...
