You messed up you got your torn off.

You absolutely did not interupt adults unless you were bleeding profusely.

You could take someone behind the school and wail on them and settle your problems.

Halloween was one of the best times of the year second to christmas and your birthday.

Three TV stations. There was no sitting on your all day watching.

No video games. You actually had to go outside and be creative, now that is a lost concept.

The music was better.

Scarry movies were better. Now it's just how much gore they can show.

One thing I miss, community baseball games. Parents, Grandparent, and everyone would come and play. I had the most fun at those things. There was like 20 or 30 people per team and it did not matter who won. I could not imagine people getting off of their sofas now unless it's for something in the kitchen.

You could trust someone, and a handshake ment something.

People used to duke it out, now they will just shoot you.

Road Rage was not even a term.

Cell phones were non existent. Probably less accidents too.

There was no such thing as Fair Positive anything. Loosing a football game was one of lifes lessons. And you had to really earn a trophy. They were not handed out like candy like they are today.

I miss the days of common sense, and just miss those days in general. Probably the best days of my life. I had a lot of fun. I did not complain that summer was boring, we went out and conquered the world in the summertime and played so hard on the last day of summer that we were dirty and sweaty and got in trouble for not coming home when the sun went down.

I am sad to think that we will never see those days again.
in my case i was raised in mexico, i remember i could sit in the sidewalk

and wave to everyone passing bye,

i could go out and go back home late at night and not being affraid of anyone harming me

cops were better and more respectfull, yeah i feel you on this one

and i feel more for the newest generations, they wont even know what it was like

No doubt. The ACLU SUXX. They are communist and were founded by commies and they freak'n lawyers to boot. I wish the next school shooting idiot would do something right and go on a rampage in ACLU offices.

No doubt, I remember skateboarding through a wall of fire we lit with gasoline and having bb gun wars with no more than 4 pump rules on the Crossman's(which was frequently broken I might ad) and still have BOTH eyes.

We only did the BB gun wars with single pump Daisy's. I guess we were not as hard core as you were. Those were good times though.
