He doesn't have a room yet, he is in ICU, which at Ben Taub is a huge space with beds side by side.

I am sure once he has his own room, it will be stuffed with stuff.

so yesterday my best friend calls me up....

she was on the road driving and there was a bad accident she passed it involved a motercycle and a car.

the back window of the car was all smashed up and the rider was laying on the ground with a white sheet getting pulled over him, the bike was on the ground.....

needless to say the accident was very similar to scotts accident this one did not make it. RIP ohio biker.... im not sure if he was wearing a helmet or any gear im sure she told me but my memory right now is jsut so shot im not sure.

its just so weird basically the same exact accident happened. i dont know whos fault it was or how it happened just that the body was on the gorund with a sheet put over it and there was no back window to the car....

Theresa, please don't do this to yourself. It is a weird coincidence that she told you about the same incident with another outcome but Scott is fine and he will be okay! He is young and strong, wore a helmet and had a guardian angel watching over him.

WOW! I guess that just goes to show you how lucky he (and you + family) are! He definitely had his guardian angle riding with him! I've ridden with Scott a few times, no doubt he is a good guy and a tough guy ... he will come out of this fine ... he has the prayers and support of everyone here! and there are A LOT of us! You just keep hanging in there.

just look at him, he is so brave and strong. I am sure he will be just fine. He has alot of support here even though his family does not live here we have all taken him in. Scott is a truely unique individual that will not give up without a fight. He looks to be in good spirits may be the medication, but whatever it takes to make him comfortable. He will be back to his old tricks before ya know it.

you got a keeper girlfriend, hang on with all of your might because as soon as other girls realize what a catch he is you'll be running them off from then on. Scott is deffinately one of the best guys i have met from MH, he means a great deal to me and my husband. He's just a good kid, his parents did a fine job with him i must say.

I'm gonna take a break until Wednesday or so... they are suppose to determine wether he has surgery or not today, but I don't think anyone knows that conclusion yet. I think I'm gonna give his fam some more time to visit as there time here with him is limited. Once he has been moved out of surgery/into a normal room I will go visit again.
