wow see now thats why i always wear mine even if im going 2 the corner store. i will admit when i just bought my bike i did not always wear it but i was new and stupid.and then i fell once going about 30 and the first thing 2 hit was my head and that was one of the days i did wear it and have been doing so ever since

I rode my boke around the block one time without a helmet and by the time I got up to 35 MPH, I knew I was going to die if I crashed!!
Been wearing it ever since...

It's a good excuse to let your hair grow long and make a single braid or double pig-tail braids. Then you can accessorize with ball caps after you take the helmet off.

Hats aren't nearly as expensive as shoes, and the buy-and-wear factor is still there.
