any cooks in here?

I'm not talking about meth labs and shroom tea. . .
Do any of you have any GOOD recipes you want to share with me today, or any good websites for recipes? I like to try out the copycat recipes from www.recipegoldmine.com and i really enjoy "ethnic" foods. my latest creation of coconut rice and pan fried dumplings is getting old. . .

BTW, flame away if you wish, I'll need the heat to make dinner!!!!!!

don't just wave at me. . .share your creations and ill share some of mine.
the coconut rice is simple, and it's awesome as dessert or wrapped in banana leaves and carried as an "energy bar".

i use the "coconut water" (young coconut juice with small bits of coconut inside) in place of tap water when making rice. Throw in a pinch of good cinnamon http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penze...es/r-cinn.html
and the result is a nice sticky rice with a hint of coconut flavor!!!!!

I was awarded a scholarship to attend Culinary Institute of America after high school. I decided 12+ hours in a kitchen was not what i wanted to do for a living

Quick and Kid Friendly -

Cook up some Sloppy Joe Mix
Get a couple of cans of CHEAP biscuits and a Muffin Tin.
Spray the muffin tin with Pam
Roll the biscuits flat and line the muffin tins, fill with Sloppy Joe mix, top with cheese...

Haven't met the kid who won't eat these!
