It IS a distraction.

Europeans take their driving much more seriously than we do.

really?...is that why their govt. had to make a law against smoking while driving...because their citizens take driving more seriously.

Europeans as a whole do. You can't tell me you don't know about their licensing requirements.

I watched a show on television that was talking about BMW, and how they couldn't believe that we wanted cup holders in their cars. Apparently the models in europe don't have them.

i know about things over there...I've even been on the autobon...smoking is a big deal to them like it is to the americans. What if that law makes it way over here? Motorcyclists all were full leathers over there...car drivers wear their leather driving gloves and glasses and hat. It is a different world over there but smoking is universal.

Wasn't there a proposal here in the states to ban smoking while driving if there are kids in the car?

PREACH IT!!!

I forgot to put that on my what I hate list... I don't mind smokers. I was a smoker. I don't HATE people who smoke and I don't care if they quit. (No one loves a Quitter. ) I just have no respect for people who LITTER and cigi butts are LITTER! And lots of smokers don't see it that way. AND I've been riding for 3 weeks and already had 2 Butts tossed in my way - Not a good start.
