If you invest your money for such an apartment complex like that I am sure you don't want any riff raffs renting it. Your place your rules. They have not broken the law. There are places that only rents out to senior, is that wrong too? Y'all haven't seen any requirements on the application lately? What do y'all think the application is for?

thats pretty lame, if the guy wore long sleeves and they got the apartment, would the be able to kick them out after they signed the contracts and paid the first/last months rent and application fees?

but the one thing i like about tattoos is that you can go up to ANY random person, male/female that has tattoos and strike up a conversation about their ink.

and on the topic of tattoos, houseofpain, you up to do a sleeve in a month or so?

I cannot stand people that pass judgment because of the way you look. I dress very nice Monday thru Friday for work, nice tie's cufflinks and the works. I love to see peoples face when they figure out I am covered in tats. I have friends in the business world that give me grief for my ink but the funny thing is I make more than they do anyways. Yes I have to wear long sleeves during the summer when everyone else is wearing polo but thatís the price you pay. Itís a choice.

the only exception for age is for senior homes.
(btw if you didn't realize this already all the classes of people I listed enjoy protection against housing discrimination).

What if you were trying to rent/buy a home/condo/apt and they told you the second you came (with your kids) that you were not allowed to because, you have one too many kids? That is considered a choice. Would you think then it was ridiculous? Or if a gay man/woman tried to and they said no because of their sexual preferences? Or if they said no because in their policy it's states a certain dress code that you have to abide by? Or they only allowed blondes to rent from them? They are not discriminating over race, or gender.
