vandalism...

so after 2 days of not riding my bike, i go outside to take it to the gym, and lo and behold some jackass decided to break the fairing off on the left side between the kneepad and the rear fender and take it with them as a souvenir. left the bolt attached to the frame with a bit of plastic. real f***ing mature...

thats what i figured, that they wanted that piece, but the tab that bolts to the frame is still there, just broken. so i guess they just did it to do it.

isnt the law in texas regarding vehicle theft/vandalism the same as tresspassing on property at night? allowed to use deadly force? i thought someone i knew mentioned they changed the statutes
