Best speeding ticket ever

What's the most memorable ticket you've ever received?

Doesn't have to be speeding, but I guess those would be the most common.

I got a 117 in a 65. A couple of display of accelerations and countless speeding tickets.

*not condoning speeding, just interested. I haven't had a ticket in almost 5 years.

92 in a 45 and operating a motor vehicle on one wheel....

i've never seen a speeding ticket for over 100....that's the best I got.

Wait, the day after I turned 17 I took my old man's 1986 Suzuki GS550E out for a little spin...I was riding it with no insurance, no M class, no registration, and no protective eyewear (I was squiddin it). Cop was coming from the other direction. I realized he was coming to get me. I tried to "run" 2 blocks away into a friends backyard. I crashed. Earned myself 4 tickets. And my old man never found out. There were scrapes on the bike already and he barely ever rode the thing....I was making good use of it.

I got one for 150mph at night. Spend a night in jail and an evading arrest charge. I wasn't running from them, they just couldn't catch up.

no nitrous, and with the list of mods to my old ninja 250, it did 130 down hill with a good running start

got a triple ticket for 110 on a 65, reckless driving, and display of acceleration.

I was racing my friend down 45 in a 94 Nissan Frontier, My frined was driving a 93 Civic.

BOTH STOCK!

I asked the cop how could I possibly get a display of acceleration ticket on a 94 Frontier, i said, do you have any idea how long it took me to get to this speed..., it was topped way out.. so he giggled, dismissed that one and dropped the speed to 80.

I know someone who got a 157 in a 55 and the troopers knocked it down to a 120 so they didn't have to go to jail.

I didn't get a ticket but it's a good story. (from the olden days)
I pulled out of TownSquare Mall in Pasadena and was at a red light next to a friend who was in a 6 cyl station wagon. On the green light, I pull this towering wheelie across the intersection.
When I set it back down I looked in my rear view and there was a cop right behind me. I shoulda checked that car that came up but I was BSing with my bud.
I change lanes to pull into a parking lot and the cops (2 in car) roar up alongside and yell " Are you crazy"?
I said "No, Sir"!
The cop says "SLOW DOWN"!
I replied "Yes, Sir">
They turned a corner and went off down a side street. I couldn't believe it!

I know somebody else who was doing 100+ MPH w/ wheelie up I-10. Got stopped at the light at the Durham exit and the constable let them go after running their license.

Never even asked for insurance. Didn't even have to get off the bike.

Better than when I got arrested for "armed robbery" because I "matched the description of a suspect" fleeing the scene of an armed robbery on a black sportbike. That one sucked.

Anyone think having a CHL helps you out with LEO? I think that it has helped me at a traffic stop.

i got warned for shooting an "assault rifle" out of my car window at street signs while driving. he saw the "assault rifle" on the back seat and got real defensive. he found out it was actually a paintball gun and then he asked to see it and tapped a street sign 3 times from about 25 yards, gave it back, and said have fun

As for the CHL, id say it can help. Shows the cop youre quasi-responsible, and not just some "punk on a motorcycle."

WAY Too many too list. The most memorable was when I got 6 tickets(two cops writing them) in one stop and had about 7 cops behind me when I was in a prowler and I this was just at lunch after I got my nitrous bottle filled. Dang cop WAS MAD!!! He wanted to throw me in jail. Can you imagine going to jail at lunch?
