I rode the first half of the day. Then my bike puked oil! I'm getting a new, updated motor out of the deal though. I'll be back on the 13th, just not sure which bike I'll be on. :(

yes, there is no run off on turn 17....the only run off you'll see is made of concrete, and stands about 3 feet tall. until they fix that, just ride 80% of your ability through there.

the track is in angleton, tx. about 10-15 miles south of pearland. from north houston (spring area), takes me only about 45 min to get there.

the track runs counter clockwise, and it's a VERY fun track. great on tires, and always a great crowd out there. don't let turn 17 scare you.

Longhorn Motorcycle School (LMS) is the primary trackday organizer. The main driving force is Buck Beasley. He runs a well organized show with more track time for your buck than you can stand.
They have excellent control riders who are fast and willing to help anytime you have a question.
If you are interested in doing a trackday e-mail Slowboattexas@yahoo.com.
You won't be sorry. Ask anybody.
