Yeah I didn't figure we need to race through curves on a 1 lane road with oncoming traffic, especially since the road is also kind of hilly....

Yeah I was excited I beat Louis on the R1 but he was shutting down in 4th so....he is still talking saying that when the R1 is fixed blah blah blah...whatever.....Now he is getting a new 08 Gixxer 1k and he is already talkin .....I will just have to bust his with the busa....

hmmmm curvy and hilly? Sounds my my favorite kind of roads!

Probably not the best for a top speed run tho... although 4th gear wheelies over hills can be fun... LOL!

THats an actual 08 busa that Barry w/ Velocity received pre-production..Ofcourse he changed everything on it but it is a real 08, the first turboed 08 in the states....Barry is backed by Suzuki so he gets some "perks" I guess you'd say...

No doubt that bike makes at least 550hp to the wheel....

okay you have STOCK which is %100 OEM parts everything in place like it left the manufacture then you have a modified bike. Since you cain see most Mods which one was it a Stock bike or a moded bike. It cannot be both

Define "pretty much stock" if it was not your bike you dont really know what the owner did, most people wont tell you what they have done

"Pretty much stock" usually means minor mods like pipes, filters, power commanders etc....

Though no way a 1000 is making 172-175hp without at least cams..... Even the new 07 1ks are making around 167hp with a GOOD pipe and a GOOD tune....Strongest I have seen is 170hp and that was with a $1500 AKRO evo system, all short velocity stacks and a good tune job....and those numbers were in STD which reads a little higher then SAE.....You'll notice the 08 busa numbers are in STD also...it will really make about 172-174hp in SAE.....but with a good pipe its gonna wake the **** up....at least 180hp with a good pipe and tune.

My guess is the dyno that Lurch is speaking of is a happy one, running in STD correction....Also maybe the bike had some fuel in it...Nuetec or U4 will make about 7-8hp more on the dyno then pump gas....that or the bike had stg 1 cams in it also....

I dunno what all he had, but it was the Powersports Dyno and it was an 07 with a shorty pipe that was freakin' LOUD!!!!!

All I'm sayin' is for the King with 300 more CC's, I thought closer to 190 stock.

What does a 07 ZX14 do??
