If you're referring to the fact that he attended a function later that night, it has been documented that he admitted this within testimony and to several media sources as evidenced in my post above with the links. He was quoted as saying to a journalist reporting on the story: "I waited 11 years to go to it. I wasn't going to let that get in my way", so I think it is accurate, though possibly being overblown and quite possibly misused...

I agree that attempted muder was too serious of a charge.
Just to clarify, apparently so did the courts, because he was sentenced for 2nd degree aggravated assault.

yeah how diferent that could be if all participant were from the same race?

maybe it just happened to be a diferent race scenario,

a crime is a crime, but imho this is another race card to fuel the protests
