Repo 750

I need opinions. I am looking at a 07 GSXR 750 with 210 miles on it. The bike is a repo, but does not have a scratch one on it. It still has about a month of factory warranty left. What should I look for on the bike as far as possible problems? Should I be concerned with the fact it is a repo even though it only has 210 miles? Since it is still in the break in process if the owner ran it hard for the 210 miles is that enough to cause a problem later on. Just need opinions. Thanks

a friend of mine that used to do repos did bikes once in a while... usually when a bike gets repo'd the owner tells the finance company to 'come and get it' cause otherwise they are basically impossible to repo (unless the owner is dumb enough to leave them unlock on the street or something). with that low of mileage and the fact it was repo'd my guess is that it just wasn't ridden at all and someone couldn't/didn't want to make the payment on it.

RE: Repo 750

I would run the VIN or tag and then ask the previous owner what the deal is. I've done that before with some success.

if the mileage is that low it may have temp tag still... so you prolly couldn't get the PO.. I know carfax won't give it.
