Ohhhh!! You're killing me here.

Teeth Griding - Bruxism - is a serious sleep disturbance. It can be determined by a sleep study; though more often by a dentist.

Anything that disturbs your normal sleep cycle can cause Excessive Daytime Sleepiness - EDS. This includes but is not limited to:

UARS (Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome)
Apnea (Soft Pallet Collapse)
Bruxism (Tooth Griding)
PLMS (Periodic Limb Movement - Restless Legs at night)

Some of these can be treated with medication (PLMS, Central Apnea)
Some can be treated with CPAP Machines (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure - Apnea, UARS, PLMS)

Teeth Grinding can be helped with a simple Night Mouth Guard from your local pharmacy/drug store. There are many reasons people grind their teeth. Determining the source is key to treatment.

Turkeys...

This usually means you woke up from REM (Rapid Eye Movement) or the deepest stage of sleep. It's normal. As a matter of fact you cannot enter REM without Penile Tumescence. This goes for women too (Clitoral Tumescence) and it's medical - Not Vulgar. - Please let's not go there either!

Technically speaking - the nature of the dream is irrelevant - but during REM you are dreaming.
