New to the Biker Forum

Well, I am new to this whole biker forum. I joined due to the suggestion of a friend and his obession with this site.

We had a little fun today starting a discussion in the general discussion area about chicks wanting rides from guys with bikes. It was pretty hilarious and got really hostile quick. I feel like I have officially be initiated into the forum.

I don't have a bike yet, but I hope to have one soon. This should hopefully help put a fire under my to get one sooner. I do have access to a katana my friend said I could ride. Well, see if that ever actually happens.

Well, hello and I'll be around.

Nah, the thread was a ton of fun. I laughed my head off, but I had to give you all a bit of a hard time.

As for riding experience, I have my lisence. I got it 3 years ago, but I don't own a bike. Besides riding my uncles bike a couple times right after I got my lisence I haven't had a chance to ride. I have been in school and couldn't afford college and a bike. So I am pretty green, but I am hoping that will change soon.

get a 50 and ride it all over the place, you'll learn lots of concepts on the 50's that relate to the big bikes... such as coutersteering and not using the front brake as you enter a corner

I got the 600 Kat she can ride. Sis learned on it, Alan and several others. Alan dropped it infront of a student driver car... was hilarious... I was about ten feet away and just kept laughing... neither the driver nor alan knew what to do....

Don't mind if the bike goes down, been down hard three times with me riding, twice in rain, once dirt on a hard right turn.... when I hit the exhaust it was over and lost rear grip. The busa has calmed me down in the corners.
