as long as the trailer is truly home-made, just go down to the courthouse, tell them your name, hand them your DL, and tell them you need a plate for a home-made trailer that will be a gross weight of xxxx and they will give you a plate. between $50-100 depending on your gross weight.

It's not a double axle v-nose 6x12 black trailer, I had one stolen like that. I'd make sure its legit before buying.

Yea if it isn't home made it will have serial numbers which can get sticky. Buddy of mine bought one from a dealer and when he took it in to get inspected to get a title, they confiscated it saying it was stolen. A big mess. Be really careful with them.

if the trailer is under GVWR 4000 pounds you dont need a title or get it inspected. Just go tell them its home made, you will haul a motorcycle with a weight of 400 pounds and they will give you a plate

well thats exactly what this is, its a single axle motorcycle trailer made of bent tube steel with decent looking welds, with a wood floor. It looks nice but it looks homemade, and its only meant to carry a bike or maybe very small atv.
